It is the BEST workout one can get in an hour that covers exercises that engages your core, cardio, flexibility, stretches and strength training all in one. When I joined Ber’s class in September, never having had any prior formal weight training, I really had no idea of what to expect, other than, becoming a little fitter and toning my ‘tired’ muscles. I am absolutely enthralled by the classes and especially enthralled by Ber as an instructor, as her passion for fitness & health are so evident by her own level of fitness and the program she teaches. Since Ber is a nurse by profession, not only does she understand the body and the various muscle groups we need to work on, but she is also an advocate of the importance of sound nutritional health.After only 3 months, I am beginning to see/feel results as I have not only dropped some pounds, but the most important part, to me, is that my CORE strength is steadily improving! Having been a ‘part-time’ runner in the past, I am now running regularly and am increasing my distance considerably as I am so much stronger in my core. Kettle bells with Ber is simply the BEST exercise program I have ever done! Not only do we burn 20 calories per minute, but it is an efficient, fun, and safe form of exercise as we get both cardio and strength training at the same time. A few classes a week and that’s all you need to do! I have never felt so strong and fit in my life (I am seeing the pounds drop off-I haven’t weighed so little in years!) and others are noticing the positive changes in my body shape. Probably the best part though is Ber herself. Her animated spirit is indeed infectious! She truly cares about the well being of her clients, guiding us to establish and challenges us to work towards goals, but then also monitors our progress or assists us in making changes so that we will be successful. Lots of individual attention to our respective uniqueness. The classes themselves contain people of all ages, both males and females, each supportive of one another, doing their best in a spirited atmosphere. I can never quit! Nor would I want to!
Kettle Bell with Ber is one of the most intense workouts I have ever done. It combines weights with aerobic exercise, I dont think I have ever sweated so much. Given that it is so intense, the classes are 45 minutes long with a good 15 minutes of stretching. Ber is a superb trainer and she freely gives us lots of information about nutrition, life style, and sets us lots of goals and challenges.

Please trust me that getting through the first 1 or 2 classes is so worth it as you will see immediate results! It is the best overall body work-out I have ever found.
