Cucumber Flush Juice
3 celery stalks
1 Juice of lime
My son loves this juice he has it first thing in the am. Cucumber is a great veg to juice as it can yield close to 300 mls of juice depending on size and quality.
Power Green Juice
2 handful of spinach/kale
Juice all the above ingredients and then add the remaining 3 ingredient
1/2 lime juice
1/2 tsp Chlorella
1 capsule of your favourite probiotic
This is a great juice to have after exercising. I drink this after my early morning run and it hydrates the body very well. Of course I do also follow up with H2O. But this is perfect to help alkalies an acid body after exercise. The chlorella is 66% protein and contains Beta Carotene, B1, B2, B3, B12, chlorophyll and nucleic Acid. It’s also yummy……
Obviously it is best to use organic but work with your budget. Ideally have this juice first thing in am to help flush your system and it will also help with constipation. I found drinking this 1 hour before eating is most effective.
